(Kitco News) – Cameco (TSX: CCO; NYSE: CCJ) today reported that its annual net loss was $53 million and adjusted net loss was $66 million. Annual results were impacted by the precautionary production suspensions at Cameco’s operations and, because of that, the company’s uranium segment produced only 5 million pounds in 2020.
