(Kitco News) – Dundee Precious Metals (TSX:DPM) announced Monday that it has entered into a definitive agreement with INV Metals whereby DPM will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of INV Metals that DPM does not currently own pursuant to a court-approved plan of arrangement.
