Backing and filling on the charts was featured after recent gains that saw prices hit a three-week high Tuesday. February Comex gold was last down $2.80 at $1,195.00 an ounce. Spot gold was last down $3.20 at $1,194.75. March Comex silver last traded up $0.105 at $16.33 an ounce.
