(Kitco News) – Gold is heading into the last session of the week on the front foot. After grinding higher overnight the yellow metal is trading at $1842.70 per ounce, 0.13% in the black. Silver is also positive trading 0.82% higher at $24.22 per ounce. It was a mixed session for the Asia-Pac indices as the Shanghai Composite (0.07%) and ASX (0.28%) closed higher while the Nikkei dropped 0.22%.
